Lets cut to the chase...name is Howard, I reside in Jamaica. I am a web developer/graphic artist. I have a knack for Flash, and love to do photo manipulations, as well as photography in my free time. I'm currently working away at multiple projects, learning, improving, and expecting great achievements for the rest of '09, and even greater ones into 2010, Cēterīs Paribus (all other things being equal.).
